This was one of the first talks I gave at Peakon, speaking to an audience of expert HR practitioners. We experimented with a slightly more provocative style than you might normally find in HR, but it suited the audience well.

I’m really proud of the work I’m presenting here, it’s a genuinely useful step forward that is fairer than the old-fashioned approach. It was the first thing that I helped work on when I joined Peakon, and it has proven to be a very successful part of our platform.
