Heartbeat is a repository of the research that Peakon conducts on the future of work. I’m particulary proud of the work we did on understanding the leading indicators of employees choosing to leave their jobs and our annual report on the changing expectations of employees.

As a data scientist I have always maintained that communication is probably the most important skill - outside of pure technical know-how - that separates a truly successful team from a struggling one. With Heartbeat we have backed that up with support from across the company, and the effort has really paid off.
